Payments & SubscriptionsAll services are billed according to the agreed pricing structure, which may include upfront and recurring subscription fees. Payments are due as specified at the time of purchase.
Failure to complete payment, declined transactions, or cancellation of subscription will result in immediate suspension or termination of services, including but not limited to:
Website hosting and access
AI automation systems (calls, booking, workflows)
Any associated integrations or digital infrastructure
JH Media reserves the right to revoke access without notice in the event of non-payment.
No Refund PolicyDue to the nature of digital services and custom implementations, all payments made to JH Media are non-refundable, unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.
Client ResponsibilitiesClients are responsible for:
Providing accurate information
Maintaining compliance with applicable laws (including marketing, SMS, and call regulations)
Proper use of all systems provided
JH Media is not liable for misuse of services by the client.
Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, JH Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.
ModificationsJH Media reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
